F052 - Dermoscopy: Learning From Easy and Difficult Cases

Saturday, March 2; 9:00 AM - 11:00 AM

Learning Objectives

Following this course, the attendee should be able to:

  • Recognize the different dermoscopy structures and criteria for melanocytic and non-melanocytic lesions
  • Analyze dermoscopic cases of different complexity (from easy to difficult cases)
  • Discuss the different approaches to arrive at correct diagnosis

Description

The purpose of this session is to increase knowledge in dermoscopy with the help of clinical cases. We will show cases of different complexity and sometimes the same type of lesion (melanocytic and non-melanocytic), emphasizing the presence of less common dermoscopic criteria in the most difficult case. Audience participation is very important.
