Learning Objectives

Following this course, the attendee should be able to:

  • Discuss new and emerging therapies in pediatric and adult dermatology
  • Summarize key findings in the dermatologic literature beyond the JAAD and JAMA Dermatology
  • Apply new findings to the care of pediatric and adult dermatologic patients

Description

In this session, four speakers summarize and review important research articles in Dermatology, focusing on publications beyond the JAAD and JAMA Dermatology over the past 12 months, with particular emphasis on the most recent literature. Two 30-minute sessions each are dedicated to pediatric dermatology and medical (adult) dermatology. Practice-changing research, novel therapies, and new conditions are highlighted. The session is directed to those engaged in the care of all dermatologic patients.
